Time to get fancy with your footwork - crossing one paw in front of the other while gliding down the ladder. This drill challenges your rhythm, balance, and coordination like a bear dancing through fallen branches.
Instructions
- Stand beside the agility ladder facing forward.
- Step your lead foot into the first square, then cross the trailing foot over and in front into the next square.
- Continue crossing one foot over the other while moving laterally through the ladder.
- Repeat in the opposite direction after completing one pass.
- Stay low, controlled, and rhythmic throughout the movement.
