Instructions

  1. Stand facing the ladder at one end with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Step both feet into the first square - right foot then left.
  3. Immediately step both feet outside the next rung - right then left.
  4. Continue the pattern: in-in, out-out through each square.
  5. Maintain a low stance and pump your arms for rhythm.
