One Arm Kettlebell Clean And Jerk

One Arm Kettlebell Clean And Jerk

Also known as: Single Arm Kettlebell Clean and Jerk • One Hand Kettlebell Clean and Jerk

A bear would call this a two-part power move: zip the kettlebell to the rack, then punch it overhead with leg drive. It trains strength, timing, grip, and balance while keeping your whole body busy like a foraging sprint uphill.
